When can I expect my order?

Most orders have a two week processing time. Once your order leaves my shop, it generally takes 3-4 days to arrive. However, once I ship it, it's arrival is out of my hands. Please be patient as shipping times have recently taken longer than expected. That being said, order early to ensure you receive your order in time! 

Do you accept returns? 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make it right! 

Do you use vinyl? 

Nope! Every piece is 100% hand lettered by me. This makes every piece unique and one of a kind. 

How did you learn hand lettering? 
I taught myself! It took many hours of practice and patience to get to where I am now and I still have a ton to learn! If you are interested in learning, stay tuned! I am working on a learn to letter workbook.

Do you accept custom orders?
